DELIVERY SERVICE

We aim to dispatch all orders — including interior care, exterior care, wheel care, and cloths — received by 5pm (Monday to Friday) on the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Apparel orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Torque & Tidy keeps you informed at every stage of the delivery process. You will receive email notifications as your order moves from dispatch to delivery. Postage and packaging costs are automatically calculated and displayed in your basket during checkout.

Please note: Import duties or customs fees may apply to orders shipped outside the UK. These are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Any applicable charges will be issued directly by the shipping carrier.
