Men’s Minds Matter (MMM) has proudly served as a vital support system for suicidal men and boys in the UK since our establishment in 2009. As a not-for profit CIC we focus on psychological research and are recognised as a leading voice in suicide prevention, male suicide, and male psychology. Our mission is rooted in the belief that confronting difficult issues is far more constructive than avoiding them.

That isn’t just a motto—it’s how we approach everything we do.
We provide suicide prevention training to healthcare professionals, corporations and community groups and create national campaigns to raise awareness of male suicide.
The accepted line is that suicide is a result of a mental illness. Men’s Minds Matter believes this to be false, and that suicide is a decision caused by crisis and psychological entrapment. The model addresses this at an interventional level and prevents suicide.
We act. We don’t just analyse statistics or publish reports. We fight to make real, measurable change in suicide prevention. Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy, and we refuse to accept that "some suicides are inevitable." They are not. Every man in crisis deserves support, a way forward, and a chance to survive.
